Information ex art. 13  EU Regulation 2016/679 for the processing of personal data

Holder of the treatment

We inform you that, pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (below: "Regulation"), your Personal Data will be processed by Tubi Gomma Torino S.p.A. based in S.S. 31 Km. 39.4 - 15040 Mirabello Monferrato (AL), as the data controller ("Owner").

Types of data being processed.

The Owner will process your personal data (art. 4.1 of the Regulation), which include, by way of example and not limited to, name, surname, company name and e-mail address.

Purpose, legal basis and optional treatment.

Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

1. Management of registration in the reserved area of ​​the www.tubigommatorino.com site and related access credentials.

The provision of your personal data for above mentioned  purposes is optional, but failing that it will not be possible to execute your registration.

Receivers  of personal data

Your Personal Data may be shared with:

• persons authorized by the Owner to process personal data (art. 29 of the Regulation) by reason of their job duties  and after signing a confidential agreement (eg. employees and system administrators);

• subjects, entities or authorities to whom it is mandatory to communicate your Personal Data under the law or ordinances of authorities.

In relation to above mentioned purposes, the processing of personal data takes place using manual, IT and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in order to  guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data, in addition to compliance with the specific obligations under the law. The data are also processed for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the services.

Personal data recording

Your Personal Data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, respecting the minimization principle referred to Article 5, paragraph 1, letter c) of the GDPR. In any case, your personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the execution of the services provided in the contract. However, the further storage is provided by the applicable legislation, including that provided by art. 2946 cod. civ. . More information are available from the owner.

Your privacy rights ex art. 15 and following of the Regulations

You have the right to ask to the Owner, at any time,  to access your Data, to correct or delete them, to request the limitation of the treatment, or to oppose the same, to obtain  in a structured  common used format, that  can be read by automatic device, your  data  in the cases provided  by art. 20 of the Regulation.
